Terms and Conditions
By booking an appointment with at KHT you agree to the following terms:
• Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling, any changes to appointments between 12h-24h will incur £10-£20 depending on treatment. Any last minute cancellation or missed appointments will be fully charged.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary forms. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure the next client is seen on schedule.
• Health Disclosure: It is your responsibility to inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before the session begins.
• Professional Conduct: We maintain a strictly professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior or remarks will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.
• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if a medical condition makes treatment unsafe.
